Taberna Mingote

We ate there on a Sunday and despite not having a reservation and being quite full they set up a table for us so we could eat cool inside. We ordered scrambled cod and fried suckling pig, topping it off with their salty cheese cake. Everything was very good and I think it is a mandatory restaurant to go to if you visit Talavera. The best traditional food restaurant in Talavera I've been going since I was little. I have not eaten badly once.
