Indeed this truffade was not cooked in the 'rules of the art '... lack of flavor (we did not detect the presence of garlic, the slice of ham much too thick and particularly hard... truffade served on too small a plate with 2 lettuce leaves, it didn 't run out of tome...we often ate a much better truffade for 16 or 17 euros...the 75 cl bottle of ratafia at 15 euros, don 't not talking about coffee, to conclude the bill is not in line with the level of service (for the kitchen we would have given 2.5 stars ... , the welcome is nice, hoping that this will help...
