I ordered through the app earlier this evening and on my end the payment went through. on the app it said there was an issue processing the payment. I went to the location to calmly explain the situation to the lady through the intercom and she told me that since it's not in their system and the order is not on their end that I need to contact support through the taco bell app in order to get my money back. I explained to her that I was already charged for the food why can't you just give me my order that I already paid for but they refused to do so.I instead try to reorder at the intercom and they cut me off mid-sentence so I ended up just driving off. I visited Taco Bell on June 7th or 8th and ate inside. There was an employee sitting across from me with her mask pulled down on her chin while talking on the phone. She coughed without covering her mouth. I wasn’t wearing a mask since I was drinking my soda, and when she walked past me, I could clearly hear her coughing right behind me as she returned to work. Yesterday, I tested positive for COVID-19 and was very sick. I’m still recovering but feeling much better now. I’m not sure if I caught COVID from that coughing employee, but please, if any Taco Bell employee is coughing, they should be sent home to protect customers. They messed up on my order, first telling me that they only served quesaritos online so I instead ordered a grilled steak burrito. Come home to find no grilled steak and went back being told I was lying . They then told me that the quesaritos thatthey couldn?t serve was in my bag?!! VERY SNOTTY EMPLOYEES also does not have a clue what they are doing in that building. Sadand pathetic
I pulled up to the location on Wilson in Stockton at 11:40 PM. I know the location was open all the lights were on but nobody was answering. So I pull up to the window sat there while I looked at my phone to make sure it was open and finally somebodywalked up and said that she and the crew are all on break. What a joke.

The urge to use the drive-thru at Taco Bell was strong, and when they asked if we wanted sauce, we requested mild. They handed us our food and assured us the sauce was in the box. However, when we got home, there was no sauce included, and our meal was less enjoyable because of it.
Maddie, Millie and Mindy are awesome. I think that was all 3 of their names. Saturday 10/29/22, 4pm shift. Very professional and courteous. Oh a attractive too, but thats beside the point. I am a pleased customer and will return.
I went to taco bell today in the morning around 9am they literally gave me a chicken chipotle burrito with old tomatoes I started throwing up my stomach didn't feel right but yeah that was my morning.
This Taco Bell is gross I went during the midday so around 2:00 the dining room was dirty as hell table is not wiped down food was horrible my order was wrong
