This place is ridiculous. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I asked a question. The lady on the other side of the speaker answered however I was unable to understand what was said. I said excuse me and asked her to repeat herself but thenthere was only silence for the next, almost, 20 minutes. After sitting the a few more minutes I got frustrated and attempted topull up to the window however there were already 2 other vehicles at the window waiting. They must have been waiting the entiretime I had been there. Then I parked and tried to walk inside to order my food. I had to park 2 blocks away since the parkinglot for the restaurant was full. When I walked to the door it was locked....
The staff here is great. They are courteous, they great you, take your order in a friendly manner. They are also speedy and I never had an issue with order accuracy. They also prepare your food with care. Unlike other places where they?re sloppy. I ordermostly the burritos and they?ve been pretty good. Perfect temperature and fresh. I?ve had experiences with overheating orstaleness at other restaurants.
Honestly speaking i come here most of the time it’s system down but recently there’s this kid i think his name is vector or victor i honestly don’t know he is extremely hilarious and lately since he’s at the cash register that Taco Bell is great he even helps me order stuff and gives me advice on what to order! I love his customer service and I hope I can see him more often!
Do not eat food done here The lady taking orders in drive thuough tells me that they did not have any breaksfast items and that she was too busy with delivery orders and then ignored me completely. I would not put food in my mouth from a place that hires such uneducated people. I am sure they will not hesitate in serving you bad processed food.

Usually very busy so your order may take a bit but they go as fast as they can. The Freeze machine usually doesn't work or doesn't have all the flavors. Also, if you only speak English, you're better off at the ordering tablet. Most workers only speak Spanish
I love their Nacho fries Update As of August 2 2021 Monday 3:00pm Since the availability time to dine in at this taco bell location is random and not according to Google maps information, I was glad to come earlier than expectedto eat some nacho fries
bad customer service. When you're submitting an order on the tablet that they have here, you can't put any notes which makes it very inconvenient. I asked a lady to help me and she pretty much turned around and walked away...
Got a steak taco , and supreme taco and cinnabon and they were the thinnest tacos ever. 2 pieces if steak and about three pieces of lettuce. The cinnabon things had zero sugar or cinnamon . Just wasted money. Never again.

Horrible food, tacos cold and taco wrapping full of air.. Soda without gas,Moutain dew. long waiting time in drive through additional waiting to receive food. Worst-case ever, not even in pandemic time was this bad..
I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The staff were all friendly. The food took a little longer than expected, but this seems to be a common experience in fast food establishments nowadays.
