We ordered a cheesy bean rice burrito, and it was the worst we've ever had. We usually enjoy this type of burrito, and the quality is significantly better at other locations. It was so runny that eating it was a struggle, and it turned into a big mess. We won't be coming back here, and we can't recommend this place.
I was disappointed to discover that the restaurant did not accept a national coupon for $5 off fan favorites. An employee informed me of a notice from the store manager stating that I could only order one item at that price. I had placed a $30 lunch order for work but ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.
This is the only Taco Bell in Brantford that doesn’t permit swapping cinnamon twists for anything else. The owner appears to be more focused on making a bit of extra profit, but this could ultimately drive customers away. Many may decide to visit one of the other locations in the future instead.
Unbelievable! I was placing a takeout order that came to just over $22. I handed the cashier two twenty-dollar bills, but she refused to accept one of them because there was a tiny tear—about half an inch—on it. I had just taken those bills out from an ATM. It's absurd! The service is incredibly slow, and I recommend double-checking your order. During my last two visits, something has been missing from my order each time. I'm starting to think they might be deliberately shorting larger orders.
I placed an online order and arrived on time, but they hadn't even started preparing it yet and tried to blame the delay on me. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.
The restaurant closed before 7 PM on a Friday. If it's 6:50 and you have a sign directing traffic from the highway, why on earth would you be closed?
