When we arrived at the restaurant, it was very busy with cars lined up. After placing an order for four people at the window, the employee told us we had to leave or cancel our order. In the past, I may have reacted differently, but now I prefer to share my opinions publicly. The location was in Merritt Island, Florida. The employee's behavior was out of line, especially considering the situation of the person trying to place an order. Despite mistakes in our order, the employee insisted he was right. we decided to grab after a concert tacos, so we went to our favorites almost food place. it was late and there was a line on the road thru, but we went there the dame that took the commands, called chanel and she was a doll. she was so busy, but so friendly and nice and our visit could not have gone better. chanel and the crew were late in the night there so we could all enjoy a snack and we were so worthy for her. please tell me an extra thank you when they go to these places. every restaurant I know is now short and yet the people who work are going to get the black. it is hard, thankfully work most of the time so let them know how much they appreciate them because they are there. many tha...
I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The food was always subpar and the service was rude. My sister called to complain about an incorrect order and was told to stop wasting her time. It's clear that only desperate people eat at this restaurant. The orders are always incorrect and the staff are incompetent. It's unacceptable that we pay for our meals but receive such poor service. These incompetent employees should not be working in any restaurant, let alone handling food. I can't believe they can't even make a simple taco correctly. It's a sad reflection on the state of the world.
I bought four tacos and I've bit into the first one and then I bit into it again and I realized that I was consuming some kind of cleaning product, some kind of chemical. Like somebody made my taco with cleaning product on their fingers or something, itscared the heck out of me. Next morning I became violently sick. And when I say sick, I mean just sick as a dog. I can't go backthere ever again. There's nobody there that cares. There is no consistency whatsoever. Corporate should just yanked theirlicense immediately. Oh my God I was so sick. HIGHLY unsatisfied!! 32 dollars later with COLD and stale tacos AND cinnabon bites! (also cold and some missing) Mind you, the sad part is.. This location is right up the road from my friends home! We tried several times to get ahold of them and no answer! Every time i have called i get the busy tone! NEVER AGAIN will i EVERRRRRRR order from this POOR excuse of a restaurant again! ? they even forgot the sauce ? The employees refused to take my order at the counter, and when I tried to pay in cash, the manager, Catherine, informed me that she didn't have enough coins in the drawer to provide change. I only had a $20 bill, and she suggested rounding up the amount because she couldn't give me any coins. She ultimately cancelled my order because of the issue with change. The attitude was very disrespectful, and it seemed like she didn't care about the customers at all.
I could not make a star review for one. you are the only taco bell that has not immersed, not that we could go in, as a door has no handle and the other doors are locked, and secondly, the only fast food place that cannot use two cards for the same order. which century are we there? we are done to this taco bell it is never worth!
I got our order completely wrong. The items were missing and the ingredients were incorrect (the vegetables had meat). To make matters worse, I also discovered a hair in my food.
