Food taste old… very old. They got my order wrong not a big deal) and the supervisor argues with me without even looking at my receipt that I’m holding in my hand. My crunch wrap had very little to no topping/ingredients. It was just a hard taco shell covered by a soft shell and a little bit of sour cream and bits of lettuce. It tasted old, stale, and disgusting. No quality control here.
The last two times we used this Taco Bell I found the food to be bland, cheese not melted, food looked like it was thrown in the wrappers, certain ingredients were missing in the stickers, Taco pizza and crunch wraps. This facility in the Ramstein food court is usually very good. Something has changed in a bad way.
Everytime i order at taco bell take out, items are missing. We did not get our chicken quesadilla and the grill cheese burrito still had sour cream. When i ordered it without. Im very disappointed in the service that was provided. It's not the person that is taking the order, it's the people that prepare the order.
I visited today (4/25) during lunch. The line was stupid long but i was only in line for like 8 minutes. And then the lady who gave me my food was so sweet and friendly even after I messed up my salsa order. The food came out perfect too. Idk about everyone else but I’d rate it a 10/10 for today Réservez une table maintenant
What is going on with the food here lately?? Ordered Mexican Pizza and the taste was as if it were made 10 years ago! Old ingredients? Either way, that thing tasted so bitter! At least you can't go wrong on the soft tacos... but I'm sure it's coming!
Customer service is horrible, the people who work here don't care about the customers. The food isn't great, food is made with no care. Worst taco bell that I have ever been to.
It’s a Taco Bell an yeah I liked it. To get that in Europe it’s a experience The food was like Taco Bell was one of our burritos was not that hot. But so far 4 stars worth
Employees are hit or miss. There is one employee that is especially difficult and persuades people not to order stuff if it has to be specially made. Réservez une table maintenant
