Usually we do drive thru however tonight decided to eat in. I should have turned around when I saw the sidewalk in front of the door look like a trash bin. Filthy dirty black gunk and sticky. Went inside and was more grossed out on the dirt on the floor Every table was dirty and trash was full. The dining area and kitchen could use some major scrubbing with soap. Sad as I like Taco Bell but will not be back as it grossed me out.
I visited the restaurant on Saturday, September 23, 2003. Unfortunately, the staff was not very welcoming; there wasn’t a smile or greeting when I arrived. The bathroom also needed some cleaning, as it was not well-maintained. The floors were sticky, the condiment area was dirty, and the tables weren't wiped down. Given that this is a new establishment, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service.
They stole my money. The drive-thru cashier forgot to give my card back at the drive thru. When I picked it up an hour later, I checked my account statement to find and extra $20+ charge from this location. I called them when I got home and they refused to answer the phone.Also they 've given me the wrong order/forgotten things in my order the last 4 times I 've been through. Never again.
The restaurant was missing several items from our order, and the staff displayed a lack of professionalism. They were overheard arguing and using profanity while debating who would assist my husband at the counter. Other customers in the lobby could hear the inappropriate language as well. Additionally, the staff seemed to be goofing off instead of promptly correcting our orders. Réservez une table maintenant
I really enjoy Taco Bell, but this location seems to get my order wrong every time. I was supposed to receive a cheesy Gordita crunch with my order, but it wasn't included. The five-layer burrito was just filled with meat. My food was old, and the fries were stale. I don't think I'll be going back again.
They didn't have any soda. When I went there. Didn't have any suggested viable alternative to the soda. Put my tacos upside down in the bag. So when you take the Taco out of the bag, all the contents of the taco fell out. Lousy service.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! They've never gotten our order right. The staff are rude and unapologetic. It's truly embarrassing how poorly this location is managed.
The service was average, and the interior was quite dirty. There was trash scattered all over the floor. It felt very run-down. The young staff seemed indifferent to the situation. Réservez une table maintenant
Slowest on earth, 30 min for 2 tacos. Stay away, wish we had better in town.Ridgefield needs better

"I had to have some chicken nuggets and fries, and they still have the best fries in my opinion. Make sure to always double-check your order before leaving the counter or drive-thru, so you don't realize later that something is missing. You should know better."
