Taco Bell - Réserver une table

Ordered our food at 6:37pm.....it is now 7:01pm. And still no food. I went and asked what is taking so long? And the employee said they have alot of drive thru orders they need to get through first. Said it will be a cpl more minutes. I said its already been 20 minutes. One of the employees making the food piped up and said if she can just wait a cpl more minutes I 'll make hers after this order. Slow, rude, and overall unprofessional. Will not be back. After waiting in drive thru for 25 mins get to the window and the employee is zooted out of his mind.. rams his head into the window full visor head on, walks away another 5 mins comes back hands me a bag and after pulling up he said “wait wait wait” takes back the bag, hands me a new bag says “Have a night! Have a nice night! I’ll miss you!” All while yelling, comical but pretty unreal. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Employees barely recognized anyone who came into the counter to order, saw 3 people sit for longer than they should while the staff helped many of drive thru customers. I ordered on the kiosk inside and seemed like it took awfully long for 1 burrito. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Store is very dirty. Was doing a pickup and noticed the dirty entrance the sidewalk needs deckwashed and the windows was dirty. Used the restroom everything was dirty and funky. Atmosphere: 1
