Yesterday for the take. I wait in the inner after the person before me who got her command. was asked by a female worker if I already put an order, but I did not do it and told her I wanted to order now I was told only can order the app or running gear thru. I found it interesting because I went there two days earlier and was able to place my order with the same female worker. Oh, you don't know what changed in two days. they will not be happy if they don't have a car or don't use their app. well, I just had to go over the street to burger king (where they can go in and order without necessary app) to get my lunch and go back to my hotel.
Yall has to try the fleshy Burrito melt. It's so good, I have a few days in a row and will have my second for today. I get extra sour cream, but less cheese. If you like spicy, Diablo sauce is highly recommended. Your DT workers are always so friendly! You never messed up my order, just more sauce than I asked... but who will complain about it?? Hmmm, the only thing is that the line can be Suuuper long and the cars move super slow. It was nice when they had the order before picking up on the counter. I couldn't do this recently, so you have to be ready to spend the time in your DT, whether you're pre-ordering or not.
Only the drive-thru is open which is always a 45 min 1 hour wait. Even mobile orders have to go through the drive thru which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. They also randomly close early. The staff is so-so. David is very nice, but can only do so much. Also, when you place a mobile order and they run out of the item, they cannot issue a refund. You have to call Corporate yourself and request the refund. Corporate/ management does not seem interested in responding to complaints.
We were going to walk to Taco Bell, however decided to drive. It is a good thing because the lobby is still not open. The line was really long but they were able to get to us pretty quickly and the food was good.

Because they are so shorthanded, their passage is closed, and there are only digital menus in the restaurant. The staff they have work in the kitchen and are very efficient to quickly turn off orders.
This restaurant is drive-thru only and there is always a long line. However, the prices are great and we love their tacos, so it's always worth the wait.
Friendly service took a while to get thru the Drive-thru. The app says they don't have the Freezes there but they do just can't order it thru the app.
Fast food that is closed at 5pm on a Sunday. I mean, c'mon. KFC nearby had a line out to the street- so the market is there. Maybe staffing issues?
