Multiple items were missing, which has happened numerous times in the past. My biggest issue is that multiple times we've ordered food from this location and the N Druid Hills locations we have requested Diablo/Fire sauce. Each time we may receive 1or 2 packs of mild sauce. This feels absolutely intentional as it has happened on more than 3 occasions and 2 packs of sauce(that include the only flavor that wasn't requested) for the amount of food items we order is ridiculous. whoever is working, the drive-through today really needs to be fired. I came through the drive-through to get one of their box meals and the guy says he didn’t have any burritos so I’m asking if they had a different substitution because I was thinking maybe they have a different tortillas style than just the basic option and the drive-through employee wants to come at me and say if we don’t have any burritos, you really think we got thisother option that was just uncalled for and rude. This restaurant has been my most disappointing experience. They only allow orders to be placed in person, and the lines are consistently long, wrapping around the building. I ordered three chicken quesadillas and two soft tacos, but had to wait 20 minutes just to place my order, followed by another 15 minutes to get my food. The quesadillas were sparse in chicken, with two of them containing hardly any. The portions were smaller than advertised, and to make matters worse, this location is pricier than others. I strongly suggest steering clear of this place to save both time and money.
Delivery driver hell,they won't let you come in to get delivery orders, they will make you wait in thier line that services one car every 10 minutes, it's not worth your time, even as a consumer the wait isn't worth it, the drive thru at this location is so poorly designed so that once you're in line and a car gets behind you ,you become trapped and unable to leave

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong. After waiting a while, they did fix it. But they forgot to pack any napkins or sauce so I couldn?t eat it in the car. I didn?t feel like going back a third time. And after that I didn?teven want to eat it. It was nice that the staff was friendly. But efficient is also important. Won?t go back.
Received this burnt quesadilla? Not to mention I been here 4 times and each time I sat in the line for over 40 mins? the third time only having 3 cars ahead of me? I gave them 4 chances thinking they were just having a bad day but this is my last timecoming here makes no sense how long people have to wait for fast food!
Food was regular Taco Bell but the service time is the problem. I understand having to wait for food to be prepared but sometimes it’s as if they’ve all gone on a 15 minute break inside and forgot about the pending orders in line.
Echoing Red L only two cars ahead of me in line for the drive-through and have been here for 15 minutes and counting. Don’t waste your time at this garbage location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just left here today. Normally no problems except for the wait. But I order nacho fries and end up with regular fries like no nacho taste on them don?t even look like nacho fries and I ordered two.
