Folks go here expecting 5-star restaurant service and you're in a taco bell drive-thru. Be real folks, these are people trying to put in their shift and go home. I've always had pretty good service. The cemetery rd location is a bit pricier than the HRR location fyi. Great breakfast and convenient location near Leap, though! Happy with my experiences at this one the last few years.
I visited the restaurant at 6:30 PM and received taco shells that were mushy and broken, filled only with meat and a pool of grease—nothing else. There was no lettuce, tomato, cheese, or sour cream. I submitted a complaint to corporate and ended up throwing everything in the trash. The food from this place is simply disappointing.
The Cheese Quesadillas were served cold and had to be reheated, but everyone knows that Taco Bell quesadillas are not good reheated. The potatoes were tasty on their own, but not with fire sauce. The Brisk Dragon Paradise Sparkling Iced Tea was as delicious as ever, and I always make sure to get it when I visit Taco Bell.
Crunchy tacos like the Loco tacos tend to arrive soggy and falling apart, but still tasty. I recommend ordering soft tacos and Chalupa Supreme instead. They always seem to get my order right and it arrives hot. Réservez une table maintenant
I really dislike this Taco Bell. They always, without fail, forget something—whether it's sauces, a drink, or even an entire meal. Every visit just reinforces my reasons for avoiding this place.
I was not given an item I ordered and was not informed about it beforehand. This has happened three times at this location, so I know it is not the fault of the delivery drivers.
The Crunchy Taco Supreme was delicious and very fresh, but the only thing they forgot was the sauce that I ordered. This is the second time this has happened.
This place rarely messes up orders and 95% of the time the friendliness of the staff is great! My preferred taco bell hands down! Réservez une table maintenant
Went through the drive through. Pretty quick service and the food was pretty good too. Nothing too much to complain about.
