I have generally had a positive experience with the service and food quality at Taco Bell over the past year. However, after my visit on October 10, 2022, I am reconsidering returning, possibly due to changes in management and staff. Even though I was the only customer in the lobby, the staff completely ignored me. Additionally, when my mother went back to get my missing drink, the manager on duty harassed and disrespected her. He yelled at her and followed her to the door, accusing her of being rude for expressing her dissatisfaction. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I doubt I’ll return to eat inside. The food is fine, but the drive thru very slow. It frustrates me when some of these franchisees take advantage of the public. I was overcharged for the soft tacos. The sign clearly says they're $1.49 and I was charged a $1.59. What is it? The server claimed $1.59. Then change the sign, pal! Also most Taco Bells charge $1 for value menu items. This Taco Bell charged a $1.49 for a chicken chipotle roller, which is two bites for a normal person. I guess I should have gone to Del Taco to get a lot f
The angry old manager was back today. She sat inside while one of her employees ran to the gas station, all the while saying the restaurant was closed. I saw her eating inside the store. It would be better to fire the manager and keep the store closed than have her hanging around inside pretending it's closed while still getting paid. Instead of canceling my app order when I arrived, she just acted like I picked it up 30 minutes later.

A bad sign is when they still have the di ner menu still up. Still I tried the sausage and a sime request was for 6 sauces and I got 5. The burritos seemed under cooked so I will have to think twice before trying again...
Location: Decent, Parking: Adequate, Service: Average, Price: Fair for what you get. Overall: This was my first time visiting Taco Bell for breakfast. It was a bit off-putting to see the dinner menu still displayed. I ordered the sausage and requested six sauces but only received five. The burritos felt undercooked, so I’m hesitant to return.
The drive thru girl could hardly speak. She was rude, asked for taco sauce. She said everything was in the bag. NOT. To top it off, I ordered nachos and she put them in the bag standing up not laying down, my nachos were one complete mess. I will never eat there again.
Rude, gross-looking people that obviously have issues with themselves and don't greet customers in drive-thru. I asked for no sauce, got about ten. Grow up. Also got a long hair in the box. Disgusting.

The restaurant provided us with the wrong order and did not offer any apology or take responsibility, even after I showed them the correct receipt. The staff clearly needs additional training.
