They got our order wrong, and after driving back to have it fixed, they made the same mistake again! It's frustrating to trust that someone can prepare a simple fast food meal properly, but their track record proves otherwise. We've also been disappointed with other meals, like quesadillas that have too little chicken or cheese. While this spot is convenient for us, it's worth the extra drive to other Taco Bell locations nearby. It's unfortunate, but making a fast food order correctly shouldn’t be this difficult. This Taco Bell location is one of the worst I've ever visited, and I strongly advise you to steer clear of it. On three different occasions, my delivery orders were either incomplete, incorrectly prepared, or both. The first time, they forgot to include three crunchy tacos from my combo. The second time, they missed two large drinks and a burrito. On my third and final attempt, they left out two burritos and messed up my grilled cheese burrito. Even when I ordered chips, they only sent the cheese dip without the chips. It seems they really need to enhance their training or consider making staffing changes, as many recent negative reviews suggest this issue is becoming more frequent and worse...
I ordered two bean burritos with green sauce, but they were missing onions, cheese, and a scoop of ground beef that I had paid for. When I got home and sat down to eat, I noticed that these ingredients were not included. Unfortunately, I couldn't drive back to the restaurant because my car has a few broken lights. While I was eating, I tasted something unusual but thought it might just be a different kind of green sauce. A few hours later, I started vomiting, had diarrhea, and developed a severe headache. Taco Bell is a lot of people's guilty pleasure, including mine, I had been to this location many times in the past when it was still a combo restaurant with a Pizza Hut. Which has since been discontinued, and this location is only a Taco Bell.The lobby includes flat screen ordering stations,which were easy to use.The staff was not very friendly and the lobby and seating area looked to have not been cleaned in a few hours.All in all, there are other franchises and other restaurants that are more convenient located with better service. I will be going to other locations in the future.

They've been open for about an hour 3 of us are sitting in the drive-through 3 cars and no one came on the intercom to say we're not open or we're busy we can't attend to you for a measure to my time just nothing if the drive thru is not open when they're open they should put a cone or something blocking off the drive-through. Acknowledge that you have customers on site let them know that you can't be servicing people for this amount of time don't just let them sit there and waste their time I've never gone to this place in the past and I never will again
I'm fairly certain the food is good if you order at the Drive-Thru before 10:00 p.m. However, if you order through DoorDash, GrubHub, or Postmates after that time, they tend to mess up your order. It seems like the night shift staff don't really care as closing time approaches. I spent $20 on some burritos and a couple of Doritos tacos, but when my order arrived, they sent me orange juice instead of Mountain Dew, and my chips and cheese were stale. If it had been a $5 order, I might have let it go, but since I spent over $20, it was disappointing.
I've visited this Taco Bell three times, and unfortunately, it's the worst one in the area. I try to keep my expectations in check, but each visit has left me disappointed. The food has noticeably less filling than what I've experienced at other Taco Bells, with most of it being just tortilla. Furthermore, some items weren't heated properly. To top it off, the fountain drinks have a faint chemical taste, suggesting that the nozzles aren't cleaned regularly. Overall, I cannot recommend this location.
I recently ordered takeaway from this restaurant for the first time and I was very disappointed to find that all the food was incredibly hard. I couldn’t even bite into a single taco or burrito because everything tasted stale. I'm worried that serving old food is not only unsafe but also poses a potential health risk to customers. I went through the drive-thru and brought my chalupa home to eat. When I opened it to add some hot sauce, I found just a tiny bit of meat at each end, sour cream mixed with a small amount of lettuce, and a pinch of cheese. It seemed like someone made a proper chalupa, then scooped most of the filling out before wrapping it up. I took a picture but couldn’t post it. I was hesitant to eat it because I wasn’t sure what had happened to it. Totally disappointing.
Very bad service the worker briana was very rude!! She Disney have a hair net and she wears crocs. Not even in dress code!!very rude she needs better training!!
