I come to this Taco Bell very frequently as it is on my way home from work. But this time I had waited in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting for a cravings box and 2 burritos. When I got my food it wasn't even warm anymore it had sat on the table while we waited in the drive through it was luke warm at best. The person at the drive through position obviously didn't care much for their job as they were on their phone and not attentive to any customers driver though or inside as we had a line all the way to the street. Also I had ordered way before had on the app so I wouldn't have to wait as long but unfortunately that was not the case.
Be sure to check the hours before you go! This location tends to close at unpredictable times, likely due to staffing issues. You’d think with their fancy new digital menu boards at the drive-thru, they could display a message saying, “Sorry, we’re closed! We’ll be open tomorrow from X to Y,” but unfortunately, that’s not the case. They always act as if they're ready to take your order. The only sign that the location is closed (if you don’t notice the lights are off) is the lack of a greeting when you approach the speaker. Then you're left sitting there awkwardly while checking the hours on Google.
This Taco Bell needs to shut down and try again with a new owner. They are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING. The food is always served cold, even when you eat in the lobby. No sign of management anywhere, staffed fully by overwhelmed kids, who are constantly threatened and abused by customers as well as other team members.Its very evident that the employees, managers, and owner do not care about quality, customer service, and speed. Expect up to a 20 min wait time during lunch rush, as the restaurant is ALWAYS and INTENTIONALLY short staffed. Those poor kids just put up with so much!
The food is decent, but I experienced two lengthy waits in the drive-thru, each over two hours (once on the 4th of July and another holiday). To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any discounts or even a complimentary drink. Instead, I just received my order, which was incorrect. I understand that the food service industry can be chaotic, but sitting in a drive-thru for two hours with only about seven cars in front of me is excessive. I couldn’t even back out because there were cars behind me, so I was stuck waiting the entire time.

Every time I come to this location very rude employees and lazy food isn't that great and more money at this Taco Bell then all the others and on top of it if you're paying cash you have to get in two lines in order to pay for it and place your order for food one for kiosk and one to pay kind of a waste of time for being fast
Employee at the drive up was cursing complaining about the customer behind me, dropping F bombs, I had to tap on the window to get my order that was done sitting there. Employee was so busy throwing a tantrum, his co worker had to hand me my food.
The wait was over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. There is no way to leave once you are in line (raised curb).
I wanted to go to the drive-thru. Parking was definitely convenient.
