I went to this establishment for dinner, the guy in the drive through was rude and actually clicked pay on the register and had to open another order. When I finally got to the window he made me pull around front because they were dealing with all the other orders that they forgot something from, shocker. I finally get my order about 10 minuets later and they were missing something, I went inside to tell them and they littlery had it sitting on the counter and was like here you go sir we forgot this, knowing they forgot it. They didn't include any sauce I asked for, no straws, no sporks and no napkins. Stay away from this location, there is a bunch of special ed children running it that spea...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, charged me more than expected, and then tried to put the blame on me. Rather than resolving the billing issue, they claimed they had compensated me with extra food. However, they only added three tacos after I was overcharged by $12. Unfortunately, those tacos were inedible; the shells had an awful taste, as if they had absorbed flavors from plastic packaging. I ended up having to throw them away.
This place really needs new management They’re r entire staff is teenagers, and young adults, and they do not take their job serious, the food is always cold never correct proportion of taco meat. Their chicken from KFC does not taste like the correct ingredients and no one never picks up the phone when you called to complain If they do, they tell you they’re going to mail you coupons that never show up.
There was a manager in site today, what a great experience! I come here often, and today was the best ever!! I have thought of skipping this location at McLean Elgin, I did appreciate the time and service i received. Today i had my meal in 5 minutes, the server called me by name and offered anything eles i needed, where it was located.

The restaurant was quite cramped and unclean, likely due to the salt used for snow removal. The windows were in terrible condition, which makes me think they might not be willing to invest in a window cleaner. As for parking, the business offers 20 spaces, but with the snow, it’s reduced to about 10.
DO NOT GO HERE ! It is ran by a bunch of young teenagers that be drinking alcoholic beverages inside the kitchen ! I wish I could've taken a picture but I was scared that they were going to mess with my food due to them already being upset and being really rude after THEY messed up my order.
Actually went to KFC/Taco Bell. Daughters had braces adjusted so we got mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Delicious.
Make sure to double check your order if it has any customizations at all. They get it wrong more than they get it right.
