Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered Nacho Bellgrande and they were not made to order. They remade them and got it wrong again. Then all 3 of my tacos were all broken and not able to eat. Staff would not remake them. Asked to speak to Mgr and was told they had no manager to be spoken with. Will never go back again.
Only drive thru register was available so had to wait 10 minutes to end up just using drive thru. Order was wrong as I didn't get steak like I ordered. Ordered a box meal didn't get a box. Tacos were made with little to no ingredients. And no receipt was provided. All in all a very very poor experience.
Ordered my food on the kiosk, which was a pretty big order and once it went through, heard one male employee groan loudly and begin swearing.I understand that big orders can be annoying but you should not be yelling and cussing in-front of your customers-Very unprofessional and rude.
The manager refused to accept US currency. He could have taken cash from the drawer for the $100 bill but chose not to. I remember him from when he worked at the location off Round Lake, and he was unmotivated back then as well. I'm surprised he still holds a position like this. Réservez une table maintenant
I paid $7 for a power bowl, but they forgot the guacamole, and there were hardly any beans and only a small amount of lettuce. I'm not sure why they ask if you want hot sauce when it's never included.
I just ordered two Mexican pizzas, but the shells were stale. The two burritos were supposed to contain chips, but they didn’t. The only decent item was the Dorito Supreme.
Better than average quality for the chain and fast!
