Walked in the lobby to order my food after 10 minutes of waiting found out that they had given my order to a group of teens in front of me and all I was told was they'd remake it after working a 12 hour shift I just wanted to get something to eat and go home thanks taco bell for nothing but wasting more of my night because you don't pay attention

I had a friend order me a grilled cheese burrito while I went to the bathroom. I did not check my bag before we left. Down the road I see an every day large burrito… not what I wanted! The grilled cheese burrito is normally #10. How do you not even know your own menu! Are you kidding me!!!

Are there any responsible adults workinghere ? Literally it takes them FOREVER to put any order together when there’s like 2 people in the drive thru and only a few inside. This location needs an adult working/managing here that takes their job seriously. No sense of urgency at all.

very lazy staff. this store used to be good, now its one of the worst in the area. wish they would get rid of the dumb girl who hardly listens and forgets to give sauces every single time you visit. Réservez une table maintenant

Do not go during late night hours, I have went about five separate times, since nothing else around is open during late night hours (after 10pm- 1am), every time my order has been wrong.

They made the tacos correctly. Usually when they are made by young adults, they do not care about the product they serve. I have no issues to report.
