Heather, who was at the drive-thru, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional—truly excellent service. Both Jeanette and Heather contributed to a wonderful experience. I left feeling very happy and satisfied, and I'm definitely a returning customer now. I’d like to mention that I had my service dog with me during my visit. When Jeanette and Heather noticed my dog, they complimented her, telling me how beautiful and wonderful she was. I left this taco bell and it was so repulsive from beginning to end. I'm a nice person and I'm trying to give others the advantage of the doubt, but that's by far the most disgusting food I've eaten in okechobee. not only that, but the girl that took my order should be fired. she pretended to shoot anyone who had ordered in the car thru. only completely miserable. then she gives me my food and gives me a taco that was hard as a rock. the flesh was so over boiled and disgusting that I was up everywhere. it was literally a brick meat in a taco shell. who takes this and puts it in a bag to eat a customer? Exceptional experience with the new manager! I want to share what happened when I accidentally left my credit card in the drive-thru. A young man from the restaurant went out of his way to return it to me, even putting himself in a dangerous situation as he tried to cross Park Street during traffic. His dedication to helping me was impressive. For anyone claiming that this place steals credit card information, those statements are completely false and amount to defamation.
