Absolutely abysmal. Rude nasty condescending incompetent employees. What a way to run a business having employees scream at you for making them do their jobs! Can’t wait for my complaint with NYS to go through so that they drug/alcohol test the employees here and that’ll take care of 90% of them … don’t go here without pepper spray or your cellphone ready to call 911 handy since these people are tweaking

It's not every day you come across a Taco Bell that warrants a 5-star review on Google, but that's what happened on my trip to Johnson City. Super cheery staff, quick service and a great recommendation for the fizzy iced tea. I'll be back!

last couple times it has felt like something has changed. all of the food came out hot and all there. I am unsure if new management has stepped in but recently it's been a great experience

Still have not got my food yet been over an hour now waiting outside in the parking lot
