I regret to say that my recent experience at Taco Bell via the drive-thru was disappointing, to say the least. The Crunchwrap Supreme I ordered was as hard as a rock and shockingly cold, as if it had been neglected for hours. Additionally, the three tacos I purchased were dreadfully stale, making them nearly inedible. Moreover, the worker at the drive-thru window appeared to be quite young and lacked basic manners or respect for customers. Despite my repeated expressions of gratitude, they remained silent, failing to acknowledge even the simplest form of courtesy. Overall, this visit left much to be desired.
