If I could give zero stars I would! This place is hit or miss. Definitely a miss the day before! I ordered a chicken Chalupa meal w/ extra chicken, no cheese (none on hard taco either), add avocado ranch sauce. It was made with cheese had no avocadoranch, which was an extra charge. I spoke to a manager, Julietta, over the phone who apologized profusely told me to stop byto have my order remade. I was too far to drive back so I had to come another day. Well today was that day. Would be a 4 or 5 star if not for 1 individual. For fast food the meals are pretty good, prices decent, and the majority of staff a pleasure to deal with. The skinny kid with glasses that works the drive thru in the morning is rude and nasty. Nomanners and barely speaks to the customers. You ask for Fire sauce and he gives you Diable. Ask for pepper and get salt. Napkinsmissing half the time and if you ask for them he gives attitude. Some days you get nothing you ask for, condiment wise. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have been to. In 6 years I?ve been 4-5 times. Not once, not once have they gotten my order right. Not once. I order the same thing. Beef burrito supreme, no onions, no sour cream. Tonight I got beef burrito withrice. No beans, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Even the manager helped my friend at the kiosk. Never will I ever order from thisplace again. Never.
I visited the drive-thru during a busy time, and they forgot to include my chips and cheese, as well as my churros, so I had to go inside. Despite that, the food was quite good. The young woman who took my order was very polite and friendly, showcasing excellent customer service skills. I wish I had asked for her name so I could give her a shout-out here. God bless them!

I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru! The staff was polite, energetic, and genuinely pleasant. Unlike many places where employees seem unhappy, here you could tell they were enjoying their work. I also tried the cinnamon twists with nacho cheese, and they were amazing! Thank you for making my 9 PM Taco Bell visit so much more enjoyable.
I always get the crunch wrap supreme, and always get little to no meat in it. So I decided to get the triple double crunch wrap supreme thinking there would be more meat. Unfortunately it's the same outcome little meat. All they did was add more cheese and lettuce. Really disappointed.
I really enjoy Taco Bell, and this location seemed to be the least crowded in the area. However, I found the service a bit slow inside the restaurant. I think I would have had a better experience if I had opted for the drive-thru instead.
There is particular lady that works the drive through that is always so pleasant and very nice. White lady short hair and short stature. Very nice lady. Taco Bell better give her a raise!!

Food was still good and warm after waiting for 10-15 minutes there were cars behind me and I get they may be short staffed but they gotta pick up the paste
