We have been so irritated with this tacobell the last few times we?ve been here. First time they forgot our cinnamon twists. Which was fine, they are only $1 and they are busy so I understand some things get missed. Then the next time they forgot one ofthe burritos. Again, it?s annoying but fine. Third time they missed the cinnamon twists and completely got the entire orderwrong. We are two people who order 1-2 things each off the $1-$2 menu. So to constantly keep messing up a simple order with 4items is pretty frustrating. We can?t even go back and get it fixed because we are on a time limit for lunch. So here we arewriting this review while being forced to eat food that we didn?t even want...
I got stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes one time. I tried to leave but there were two cars behind me and I'd already placed and paid for a mobile order. I only ordered 3 items, so my food was immediately ready at the window, but still. I don't know what happened. Whenever I go inside there's always dirty tables and you have to order at a self-checkout kiosk. But the price can't be beat by anyone. The $5 cravings box is every college kid's go-to the day before payday and I appreciate that, it's just never a good experience here.
It was a just a impulse buy and a quick to eat situation before work but it gave me some serious quiet time that I needed. The younger staff, I would try to avoid when ordering but the older staff seem to know what they are doing and want learn, they evengave me a free taco ticket which was awesome.
Picking up an order of two burritos and i spent 20 minutes waiting for it inside. The cashier said there?s only one person on the line and two people were chatting 1/2 that time and doing nothing. People that ordered while I waited got their food beforeme. It was awful!

I was overlooked for more than five minutes despite being the only customer in the restaurant. Then, a white man walked in and received immediate service while I remained waiting. Quite interesting.
Parking: I don't drive, but it's easy to find a parking spot.
Wheelchair Accessibility: There is designated parking for wheelchair users, and the doors are spacious enough to accommodate them.
This is unfortunately the best Mexican food in the area. We had lunch at Cafe Sabor, and it was dreadful. There was absolutely no flavor.
Service was super slow. Bought 3 tacos for almost $7 and there wasn't enough guts to fill one shell. Better service across town!

The manager is really stingy about giving out sauce packets, so go inside if you like a handful.
Service is always quick. Staff is always friendly. Food can be messed up from time to time.
