"I was handed my bag by the man at the restaurant, who read out every item in it. It was 8:30 PM and dark outside. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized it contained someone else's order. I tried calling for a refund, but the phone just kept ringing. After several attempts, I finally reached the manager. She was very kind and asked me to drive back to the restaurant, which I did. She gave me a full refund, and I really appreciated her efforts to make the situation right."

I ordered food and paid for it, but when I got home, I realized I hadn’t received everything I had paid for. I called the restaurant and spoke with the gentleman who took my order. He asked if I wanted to come back that day or on another day. Since I walked to the location and didn’t have a car, I chose to come back another day. He gave me his name and assured me that I could mention our conversation when I returned, and they would provide me with the missing items. However, when I went back, they refused to resolve the issue. It feels like they took my money and didn’t deliver the food I ordered. It seems like they’re a bit shady.
