I have been a strict vegetarian for some time, so I ordered veggie burritos. Unfortunately, the staff at this Taco Bell was very careless and served me meat instead. I felt nauseous and ended up vomiting, forcing me to throw away all the food. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they falsely claimed they had included an extra non-veg burrito. In reality, I didn't receive any extra burrito; they simply served me a meat burrito. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional.
I had a disappointing experience with the late-night staff at this restaurant. They seemed unsure about managing the drive-thru, allowing people to walk up and order while others were stuck waiting in their cars at the menu board with no service. It was quite frustrating. The prices are high, and the professionalism was lacking. They really need more competent staff to improve the situation.
I was craving the Baja Blast Freeze, which would have cost me close to $4, so I ordered the online app box for $7 which included the drink, cinnamon twists, a crunchwrap, and a 5 layer burrito. I enjoyed the drink the night I was craving it, and had lunch ready for the next day. One of the best spontaneous choices I've made in the past week.
I have never had a great experience at this restaurant. Placed a mobile order. Since the restaurant section was closed I had to go through the drive thru which had a long line. After a 25 minute wait I was told that they had run out of beef. Venue was going to be open for another two hours and they were out of beef! Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant was unsanitary, with staff who were unhelpful and unprofessional. There was a lack of food available inside the store, which was not in line with what was advertised. Overall, a disappointing experience.
My family ordered inside to go and once we got home everything that my family ordered was in the bag except mine. We were not charged but I didn't eat. I'll go to another Taco Bell.
Guess they have decided to raise their prices before the deplorable State mandated pay increases.Just made my last trip to fast-food.
