After placing my order inside, I approached the soda machine to choose my fountain drink. While doing that, I asked a young lady named Alexandra, who was working behind the counter, if she could pour me a drink because the one from the drive-thru was flat. I'm not sure if Alexandra is a manager, but if she isn’t, she definitely should be! Not only did she check the machine to confirm that it was flat, but she also informed me about it and managed to switch all the machines to fresh supply in under two minutes. Cheers to my Taco Bell superhero and employee of the year in my opinion, Alexandra! It’s refreshing to see that great customer service still exists sometimes. Thank you for your care!
