The last time I visited Taco Bell before this was about two months ago, and I spent $48 on my order. After placing my order, I was asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring it out to me. Someone did bring out an order, but when I got home, it wasn’t mine. I tried calling to sort it out, but it seems there’s no phone available at Taco Bell. By the time I drove all the way back to get the order I paid $48 for, they were closed—even though it was only 9:45 PM and they close at 10 PM.
My two friends were very hungry, so I ended up giving them whatever the employee had handed me, which turned out to be just as bad—cold and unappetizing. Since that experience, I haven't returned to that...
I actually am one of the few that love Taco Bell. 100% not this location. They just never have it together. Idk what it is but it’s either close when it shouldn’t be or the wrong order. Either way it’s just annoying haha honestly never had a good meal at this one resturant and this is my last time trying!
I waited an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, several items were missing. My gordita had no beef in it. The kitchen staff looked very confused, and there seemed to be no management oversight. It felt like the manager had randomly recruited people from the street to work on the spot.
It seems everytime we stop here the wait gets longer and longer. Today they had the seating area closed and only served the drive thru. They had 5 customers waiting for extended periods of time. I wasn't the first one waiting but somehow I was served first. Which I guess I won't complain about.

Manager was mean. I watched her attitude as the people were placing orders. I'm not sure if she was a manager. They only had crispy no orginal....not good they should always have original on hand. Not going back. She was very impatient.
This Taco Bell has some outstanding food, and the cook here is really talented as well!
