We visited the Taco Bell restaurant In Talbot green after hearing about it from friends. There was only 4 members of staff working rushed off their feet, the restaurant was disappointingly dirty and the tables were full of food and grease from previous guests and the floor was also full of food. We had to ask a member of staff to tidy it which he did with blue roll and spray to clean the tables. The bins were over flowing and rubbish was all over the unit the bin was situated in. The service at this restaurant was terrible. The server, Chimi (I think that was her name), not only had zero customer service skills by not speaking to us, but also had a very unfriendly demeanor. She also got my order wrong when I returned to the counter to point out that she had forgotten to include two of the tacos I had ordered. When I mentioned this to her, she rudely insisted that I had only ordered one. I explained that I had indeed ordered two, as there were two of us dining. She continued to argue with me and blamed me for the mistake. This kind of customer service and attitude is unacceptable. If you can't serve with a smile, you shouldn't work in customer service. Me and my friends saw Taco Bell in the uk are doing free tacos from 12-2. I now get there are 1:54 and they didn’t want to give me and my friends free tacos even though we got their on time. The lady said that their till is 10 minutes ahead of time but they didn’t want to include this in their advert for free tacos. Me and my friends are still in school and we finish at 1:45 so we literally ran all the way to taco bell and we were tired, hot and sweaty by the time we got there. Yet they still refused to give us the tacos, their customer service is very poor and I don’t advice going there.
I believe her name is Isabelle, and she has a very bad attitude. I simply asked if my order was ready, and she rudely replied no. When I said thank you and began to leave, she shouted from the back that if I didn't want to wait, I could just leave. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The staff is rude and seem to think they are the prime minister of England just because they work at Taco Bell.

Been to my local Taco bell today with my partner. I was hoping to use the points I have accumulated on the app as a little treat, only to find out I can 't use my points to order my food. The explanation recieved was 'its just not working ok ' so to that I say I 'm never coming back ok.
Bins overflowing, rubbish all over floor, unlabelled order with 2 lots missing fries and a missing taco, with no receipt from the self order machine you get a rude response to complaints and accusing looks, bad experience for first ever taco bell
corr blimey the chips and cheese dip are the best around. fast service and the food was very fresh. one of my go to takeaways
