The people working here at 1:30pm 12/24/2023 were Rude, Lazy and Neglectful. One of them was on their phone looked at us and then proceeded to ignore us. I tried being as patient with them as possible but patience runs thin with disrespect and neglect. Especially because they were not busy at that hour.
My rating has dropped significantly because I can't access the restaurant! I've visited the Maple Grove location several times hoping to eat in the lobby, but the doors have always been locked! There's no note explaining the situation on the door. Can anyone help me understand what's going on?
If you choose to eat in, brace yourself for some incredibly unpleasant music. It seems like they might be trying to encourage guests to leave quickly.
I ordered three soft chicken tacos, and each one contained maybe just a tablespoon of filling. It felt like a total rip-off! I won't be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
Ignores my car at the drive-through at 12:45 AM. Closes at 1:00 AM is false advertising.
The manager was great. Had a problem ordering on line. He took care of.Great job!!!
Worst Taco Bell in the cities. Keep getting orders wrong or short you on food.
