This place is filthy and reeks... to the point where I was unsure if I should eat my food. It took at least 10 minutes to get my order and there was no else in front of me in the lobby. The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because Ty the gentleman who took my order had great customer service which is a rarity in the fast food industry. Management should be ashamed at the state of this place. I have no idea how they pass health inspections. If it's that nasty where customers can see what's happening behind the counter. I won't be back.
never once have i gone in to this place and a worker has been in the front, they are either smoking in the front or sitting in their cars vaping. it is always dirty and the food is never done correctly, i have ordered online 4 times and being allergic to meat and putting special instructions on my VEGETARIAN menu items, four times in a row has it been filled with ground beef, and soggy. ambiance is always filled with workers on their phones, eating in the lobby and the smell of weed and cigarettes coming from the back.
For a fast food restaurant, they should stick to the hours they advertise. We tried to stop by after a night out around 12:45 AM, but they had already closed early. I still enjoy Taco Bell, but I'm not happy about the misleading hours. If they're going to close early, they should make that clear. It's a fast food place, so what can you really expect?
The was place was as empty as the office on Christmas Eve. Unlike everyone else that stayed away, I didn't heed the numerous 1 star reviews. I went to wash my hands only to discover a bathroom with a door that looks like it belongs to the outdoor restroom at a rundown gas station. This restaurant is gross. We won't be back

I give this place 5 stars because the drive-thru attendant was exceptionally polite and friendly, unlike most fast food spots. I really appreciate the great customer service, which can be hard to come by. Plus, the food is surprisingly decent as well!
I can't understand why this place has such bad reviews. I've never had a problem when I visit. Maybe I'm just fortunate? Regardless, they consistently serve me the best Crunchwrap Supreme I've ever had, every single time.
I went to the drive-thru at 8:44 PM when there were no cars behind me, and I ended up with the wrong order. Aside from the Pepsi, everything was incorrect. It's no surprise they have such a low rating.
Thank you for taking care of my takeout order so that my taco shells weren't soggy by the time I got back to Denver. Everything was delicious, and there was plenty of beef along with all the toppings.

Drive thru always takes SO long. Waited 35 minutes for our food. I've worked in the service industry so i understand things get hectic, but it's FAST food, and it's every single time we come here.
waited 45 min and they left half of my order out. soggy food and nothing inside the burritos. Would give zero stars but it only goes to 1
