My daughter and I visited this Taco Bell location at 1:30 AM on October 2, 2022, after moving and getting hungry. When we arrived, it appeared closed, with employees sitting outside. We assumed perhaps only the drive-thru was open. My daughter went to ask, but before she could, a very rude employee bluntly told her the restaurant was closed, repeating it twice in a condescending manner. If they stopped advertising being open until 3 AM, customers might not come expecting service at that hour.
I have a great review for my local Taco Bell! This place is definitely my go-to for dinner on the way home. The staff is super friendly, and just last night, there was a minor delay, but they kindly offered us a free item to make up for it (though I didn't mind waiting—I was just chilling in the car!). I know I'll be returning frequently, and I genuinely hope the owner is paying these amazing employees well. If not, it would be a huge loss for all of us.
As I approached the window, the experience just kept getting better. I discovered that this exceptional employee is on the path to becoming a manager. Taco Bell, you definitely can't let her go—she will surely be a valuable addition to your team. Employees like her are hard to come by, and she genuinely stands out like a bright star in the night. Store close for take out and dine only drive tru but No cars and I am.begging if I can order some, they refused rudely, what is the different u need sales from people who drive and not from people willing to pay. I rate this Taco Bell 5 Stars. Because the food was good. The employees were polite and efficient. The floors needed to be swept and the soda area needed attention. But this location is very challenging. And I think the Employees do a wonderful job. Oh yesstaffing also could be an issue.
The manager is exceptionally kind and works hard to make sure everyone's orders are accurate. She genuinely deserves more recognition, so I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for always ensuring my orders are correct and fresh. I really appreciate it!
Horrible staff at this location The lazy fat guy working the DT is the worst employee ever. They slow and the food is sloppy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! What a Disgusting restaurant
