I usually order from this location on a regular basis and decided to leave a review because it's time, I am just concerned for the safety of the employees that work there by the register, many customers just come in and pick up the mobile orders, either there needs to be some sort of protective glass where the cashiers are, and I also think that the windows on the outside should be tinted so they aren't viewable from the outside in, it's just for safety precautions, because the employees that work in the food industry do all they can to satisfy the customers and they should be grateful cause it can be a tough position to be in..
The most unhappy employees I've ever seen. I come here once or twice a month but never seen even one happy employee. Today I didn't see grumpy grandma that works there, scary like a bouncer but I've seen new faces that still look unhappy. They can't even fake a smile. Something is wrong. The place is not welcoming. I will still come for a chicken quesadilla and check if I can find someone that is happy to have a job or happy with what they are doing. I've been to different fast food and restaurants but this place and the employees faces made me curious. Do they hate each other? The vibe is different.
Ordered my food then was told after I already paid for it that they aren 't selling what I ordered yet. When I asked for my drink they said well do you just want the EMPTY CUP instead? First time I 've ever gone into a taco bell. Last time I will ever go again. They also didn 't give me the sauce I ordered with my food!
I was having a bad day until a person who took my order named Paul. He was a great guy and didn’t waste anytime, he was very well put together! He also listened to me ramble on about personal issues. Very few taco bell’s I know have great service like this he should get a raise!

My kids love taco bell and every chance they get, they ask me for it. I enjoy their crunchwraps but lately it's more lettuce and sour cream then meat. I don't know if its a shortage of meat but man I think I only get one bite of meat and that's all.
I was picking up this Sunday night, May 19 I was served by a brunette with a bad, rude and unprofessional attitude. This store has always had good people, I don't know what happened to this rude and mean woman.
Very un professional service is so bad at the register. They are very rude. they don't want to help and just have conversations with each other, not helping customers.
Morning crew are some of the nicest people ever, night crew are miserable and extremely rude

This place is closed now drove by and it's been demolished *Edit It's being remodeled!
