I A mobile order online when I got to the store my daughter wanted to place an order they said I cannot place two orders and I explain to them I did a mobile order they said no I had to go back around to order there was no one behind us I got to the window I asked for the manger the girl said he was with someone. I asked her why I couldn't order she said her manger said I couldn't but he wasn't available then I asked him name she said she didn't know his name I asked her name she said legally she was not able to give it out I asked for corporate number she said she didn't have it I had to Google it. Was very rude and told me to go leave the line after giving me the wrong food.
be careful and make sure you get a reception. there is a woman who works there on the drive thru, who would charge her more and would not give them a reception. that happened to me today and I go to taco bell to get the same items from different places. I tried to call the load to let the manager know, but of course their phone line is only busy. this place also seems to forget about my order, which prompts us to go back for the article. you better go to another taco bell with better service and staff not their own prices. do better taco Bell management.
I highly highly recommend when buying food here at this Taco Bell that you check and count (Tacos). This is my fourth time that this taco bell has not given me my entire order. Count your tacos especially because this taco bell will give you less than you ordered. I ordered 7, I got 6. Last time I ordered 8, i got 6. WTF! I'm guessing who every is putting it in the bag needs to go back to math or counting class. Going forward, I'm going to count. I don't care if I hold up the line. I paid for my food, I expect to get what I ordered.

This place claims to be open until 1 AM, yet on multiple occasions, I've passed by around 10 or 11 PM only to find the lights off and no one there. If they're not going to stay open as advertised, they really need to update their hours. I've never experienced a business closing before their posted hours; it's absolutely ridiculous! If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
I just don't understand how this restaurant keeps forgetting items from my order. I would check to ensure everything is included before leaving, but I don't want to hold up the drive-thru line. Mistakes happen, but this seems to be a recurring issue here. There has to be a better way to verify larger orders.
It 's Friday, May 20,2022 7:30 PM. Remove the rude girl from window service! She 's having a full on conversation with a co-worker and not paying attention to people placing the order. Because she 's not paying attention, she keeps asking WHAT? What do you want to order? . Rude attitude!
Almost three times a week this place is closing early before there actual closing time , very irritating and disappointing when I'm trying to get something to eat before going home! And they always seem to have a attitude for some reason, no customer skills at all!!!!!!

I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant. If you do decide to pick up your order, make sure to check your bag before leaving. My order was completely incorrect, and they've consistently made mistakes with my orders in the past.
