This review could have received four stars, but there were two main issues. First, the dining room area was not clean, which goes against the standards of this establishment. Secondly, the young lady at the register was not truthful and claimed there were no changes available for the rest of the day. The dishonesty is concerning and reflects poorly on the company. It seems they no longer maintain their previous standards, which is disappointing.
Placed a mobil order and arrived in about 10 minutes. Soon as I get to the speaker I’m told my order was already picked up. I proceed to tell them I have the order number and everything on my phone and they finally decide to remake it. Guy at the window had an attitude for no reason and tells me the soda machine is down. I get home and my entire order is wrong. I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to another location before I come here again.
This restaurant has a great central location in Cypress. It's quite popular, so you can usually expect some lines at the drive-thru. We opted for the drive-thru service and found that our order was taken accurately, with no misunderstandings through the speaker. The line moved quickly, and our order— which included a custom item— was prepared and ready in no time. The staff was polite, and everything was correct.
In today's world of supply chain issues, it's not unusual for a restaurant to run out of certain items. While this can be frustrating, excellent customer service can make a big difference. I want to give a special mention to Kat, who was both polite and accommodating. She suggested an alternative that wasn't quite as good, but it was still satisfactory. The lady in working the drive through was nice. But how long are you not.gonna have the only thing I want in stock? I know you have everything to make the Mexican pizza, so why can't I order it? Idc what the box says on it, or if it's even in a box at all. Very VERY aggravating.
Everything was disappointing, starting with the rude attitude of the drive-thru staff. I received a quesadilla that wasn't even cut, and each of the tacos we took out was broken in half. The nachos were not even nachos.
Friday 10:20 pm, great crew, excellent customer care! My order was incorrect and immediately the taco bell team apologized and the order was redone right away. Great and friendly team.
I order a lot of food for my family. 2 of tacos we had haare in the food. I can understand. but 2nd nope! You must be more careful in the kitchen. will not be bought here again. Réservez une table maintenant
