A significant sign of a restaurant's cleanliness is the state of its restrooms, and during my visit to this Taco Bell, they upheld a high standard, as evidenced by my pictures. It's important to mention that the staff uses these restrooms just as often as the customers do.

Arrived around 4pm. Just after the lunch rush. There are homeless people around this area. Inside the shop I was not greeted immediately until I approached the register. I placed my order on the app with specific items made a certain way. The lobby was adequate in cleanliness. A few tables had signs of people sitting in them. The music kept skipping every so randomly. Sitting near the windows on the north side I watched as the employees made the food. After about 7 minutes the food was ready and brought to my table.Food made as ordered. Nothing missing. Nothing replaced. Nothing substituted. Chalupa bread came out soft. this is the second time when I place a mobile order and they get it wrong. I ordered a queen and got a regular bean n chz burrito. it should have gone. when I miss a part of my order for the first time. I used to work customer service and it is not so difficult to read a reception and give to people what they pay for. then the worker whoever is the same wants to give me an employment because she has messed up. they get it right people, or they don't work anywhere their not happy. because ignorance not only hurts the business, but ruins the whole aspekt, why people go out of the food. think about word when the mouth travels fast and what's going on is coming around.

This is the second time I place a MOBILE ORDER and they get it incorrect. I ordered a quesarito and got a regular bean n chz burrito. It was supposed to have rice. The first time I was missing part of my order. I used to work customers service and itain't that hard to read a receipt and give people what they pay for. Then the worker, which is the same female every time, wantsto give me an attitude because she messed up. Get it right people, or don't work somewhere your not happy. Because beingignorant is not only hurting the business but ruining the whole aspect of why people go out eat. Remember word if mouth travelsquickly and what goes around comes around.
Absolute worst experience ever got to the drive-thru menu after waiting in line for what seemed like an eternity only to be told through the speaker that they're either taking exact change only and that their credit card machine is broken... Now I'm stuckin the Drive-Thru Lane because there's no exit for the drive-thru Lane since there's already seven cars behind me and I can'tpurchase anything because I don't have exact change. Worst part is nobody bothered to put out a sign or send a worker out to letpeople know before they get in line that is unacceptable. This restaurant should close when it cannot accept proper payments
This restaurant truly shines in its offerings. I've never been disappointed by the food here. They maintain high standards without cutting corners, and everything consistently tastes incredibly fresh. I recently tried the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, and it was fantastic. It brought back memories of a dish they used to serve years ago before it was taken off the menu. I'm hopeful this one sticks around for a while. It definitely satisfied my cravings!
My mom is hooked on Taco Bell so we go here more than I would like to admit, but I can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. My food is always correct and they aren't skimpy. The employees have always been nice. Sometimesthe wait is a little long, but that isn't the employees fault, they are just usually really busy. The few times I have gone andthey weren't I always got my food in a very reasonable time. Thank you guys!

I have two things to say: first, I'm a fan of Taco Bell, and second, this review is based on my drive-thru experience. The building was in great condition, and the parking lot was immaculate. The drive-thru service was quick, and the staff were friendly and amusing. The food was served hot and tasted delicious. My order was accurate, and I was provided with napkins. Overall, Taco Bell is doing an excellent job!
