I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Nashville chicken with mashed potatoes instead of fries. I made sure they charged me for the mashed potatoes because I know they can be a bit slow, and the employee repeated it three times. When I got home, they gave me fries instead, so I had to drive back. She had the nerve to ask for my receipt even though I hadn’t touched the food. She took it back to the kitchen, threw away the fries, and gave me a side of mashed potatoes. Now I’m stuck with cold chicken and a hard biscuit. Very disappointed.
We ordered a chicken meal and two sides. When I was at the drive-thru, they asked if I wanted a receipt, and I declined. I regret that decision because a few items were missing from my $35 order. By the time we got home, it felt like too much of a hassle to go back. As a 40-year-old mother, I'm not one to easily return and complain when I don’t receive my food. Even if I had wanted to, it would have been too much trouble. Going forward, I will definitely ask for a receipt, even if I don’t plan to check my order right away.

The cashier in the drive through was slow and required us to repeat our short order several times to get it. Then when we got to the register we had to clarify what dipping sauces we wanted for our tenders, and then still had to turn around and go inside toget the right sauces. Then I got home and opened my chicken tenders box and they forgot my Mac and cheese???? I really wantedthat Mac and cheese?If the staff can?t function better stoned they should find a different job.

If there’s anything you can count on about this Taco Bell is that no employee ever wants to come in and work during its closing hours. This place will not want to serve you at 10 o’clock or 11 o’clock even if it closes at 12 o’clock. Of all the fast food places in the area this is the one that no one will ever want to show up to work for the closing hours ever.

Why do you advertise items you don’t actually have? The staff seem too lazy to make coffee and just say it’s not available at this location. If that’s true, it should be removed from the menu!
