Absolutely terrible. NEVER go to this location. I normally really like Taco Bell, but this place specifically was HORRIBLE. Normally, I don’t leave reviews, even if my food isn’t great or something, I always feel like it’s not a big enough deal to write about. But this situation was very scary and completely unnecessary. For context, me, my boyfriend, and my boyfriend’s brother went together to this location before attending an event. We were already running late and thought this would be a fast, easy option. First off, the workers were incredibly rude the whole time, and we had to wait 25-30 minutes just to get one beefy five layer burrito, one Doritos locos taco supreme, and two cups. We o...
We were dying for something and couldn't agree, then we saw Taco Bell and it was the best, most perfect thing in that moment. And it was the best Taco Bell that I have ever ate. The lobby was locked though so we couldn't order inside. But even though the line was long, it didn't stay that way for long. They quickly and correctly got our order to us.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and my order arrived promptly. Everything was correct, and my food was served hot and as requested. Both the dining area and the restroom were clean. I had to take away one star because there were no paper towels in the restroom. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience overall.
I used one of the self-order kiosks, but it didn’t send me a receipt promptly, which caused the cashier some trouble locating my order. Once we sorted that out, I received my meal and it was quite good. However, I did notice that some of the tables near my seating area had food scattered on them and the floor.

After going back here (to the Tatersall location), the service was still not great. I don 't know what it is about that location; but every time that I usually visit, I always get the worst customer service! Instead, I prefer going to other ones where I 'm more appreciated !
My 1st time visiting here in awhile I'm surprised they're still open because their customer service is horrible I walked with no high expectations they didn't greet me or asked if I needed anything else. But what else can you expect with ratchet black women working there.
It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place over the one in Hanceville. The service is consistently friendly and fast, and they handle any issues promptly without any complaints or disputes. It's worth the extra few miles to get here.
I came to the Taco Bell in five points in the lady who answered the speaker was just as nice and courteous make me want to go back every other night and have Taco Bell thank you for people wanting to do their jobs and being courteous
