Came here Sunday night. Wasn’t rude to the employees at all but got a nasty behavior from their manager and an employee. The female manager isn’t professional at all. Wouldn’t let me say a word in kept talking over me with her other female employee. I had an incident back two months ago with another male employee making me to be a liar and couldn’t accept they screwed up on their end. I will no longer come here. I’ll go to the one in Shepherdsville. At least there they don’t close the lobby down and have rude workers. Can’t believe this place went down hill so fast
Tried to order from here through DoorDash. They apparently didn’t have one out of the six items I ordered, so they decided not to make my order at all. I even specifically said I was cool with not having that one item, and my dasher tried talking to them and DoorDash support, and they just outright refused to give me the food I paid for lol.Absolute garbage customer service.
When you order food and the woman behind the counter lectures you on assuming gender for saying yes, ma 'am in answer to her question it makes for a less than stellar experience. I don 't go out of my way to get Taco Bell anyway and I 'm sure as hell not going to go out of my way to get a lecture on gender politics.
Not even worth the time to explain how terrible our meal was this evening. At least, the parts of it we got. Shadiest protein servings of any location I've ever been to and the chili cheese burrito looked at least a week old. Inedible garbage that you should be ashamed to have served.

I was informed by an employee that the establishment has a gender-neutral policy and that I shouldn't make assumptions about anyone's gender. In my opinion, that person should not be involved in food handling.
I visited the drive-thru around midnight, and the woman working there seemed really out of sorts. She had a sideways hat and was moving her jaw back and forth in a way that made her look quite unsettled.
Dined in and ordered 6 crunchy tacos. All 6 shells were broken badly. Ordered 2 burrito supremes without sour cream to go. Got sour cream on both.
We got three beef chalupas, a chicken chalupa and a hard taco. The chalupas were hard and chewy probably old. Not worth the

Very clean facility. Highly recommended It’s definitely worth check it out if you’re going to be nearby.
I ordered a case of hard shell tacos, and every single one of them was broken.
