We were just passing through and got hungry so we made a pick up order for this location on a weekday evening. When I entered the lobby, there were a few couples eating and one person sleeping on a table. That made me worry about the condition of the restrooms, but I needed to use them so I tried the handle but there was a lock with a code. I told the staff I was there to pick up and I needed the code for the restroom. They looked at me and then looked at each other and then grabbed a stick of some sort that I thought was a key. They ripped me off and charged me $36.00 for 4 small tacos and 2 nachos! I am so upset and when I called to complain they left the phone and walked away leaving me talking to no one! They knew it was me as I just left! I am a senior and they had me order on the machine even though not 1 soul was in there! I totally know why this store is empty and I will never be back. Im a big fan if Taco Bell but I don't recommend going to this one. I have been to this location quite a few times and they have the distinguished record of getting my order wrong more than getting it right. And when they get it wrong the managment isn'ttoo concerned. Luckily there's another Taco Bell less than a mile away and somehow they always have an up to date menu and getorders right. I highly recommend taking a detour to the restaurant that gets it right. Update October 2022 I was crazyenough to go back to this place. All I can really say is the only reason to visit this Taco Bell is to collect a bad storyabout Taco Bell.
95% of workers there customer service is TRASH. Count your change and always get a receipt. They make sloppy food. They will see it sloppy and still give it to you. One person for the front and for drive thru, so if that person is not there other workersact like that don?t speak English. They will ignore you.

Use to be an Arby's but now is a taco bell. Fast service and not much people go here. So makes it easy to get in and out. The only issue I have is they don't really ask you about the sauce you want and the drive way is like a maze of please be carestage.
I usually have to ask for something I already selected when using the touchscreen kiosk. Employees are more focused on the drive thru than customers walking in.Parking: Homeless are in the parking lot and at the drive thru asking for change.
If you only have cash, you won't be served. You need to either have a car to go through the drive-thru or possibly walk up to the drive-thru window, depending on the manager's discretion. There is no counter service available.
Employees are unprofessional and give you what they want im an vegetarian and I ask multiple times but they still sever me meat that made me sick also they don't give you the recipets or answer the phone

usually fine, but today i got food after not being able to eat all day due to medical issues, and they messed up literally every item. even the cinnamon twists were stale
One of the best taco bells around staff is always nice.Never a problem.Close to line ac transit #10 bus stop. Nice atmosphereAlways great to me here.
