The recycled beans are absolutely terrible—I've given up trying them. Is it too much to ask for better from Taco Bell? Check out Taco Bueno instead; they offer a box deal that's just a dollar more and tastes much better. Taco Bell risks becoming the Safeway among all the Kroger stores—outdated and forgotten. Maybe it’s time to rethink the new menu, which already feels empty. Soon, you might only have two tacos and a dozen varieties of frozen Mountain Dew. Offering 18 Fire Taco sauces and a single napkin might work—if you throw in a free frozen Dew!
I truly adore this location! The general manager is exceptional, and the assistant manager, who used to be my GM at another store, is wonderful too. Even during tough times, I’m really impressed by the team's dedication; they always go above and beyond for Taco Bell. Safety is a major priority here, and it’s crucial for both customers and staff to maintain a respectful and clean atmosphere. Let’s show our appreciation for the Taco Bell family!
I know working as a cook at Taco Bell might not be the most glamorous job, but seriously! When I order a burrito, I expect a tasty blend of flavors in every bite—not just layers of tortilla and cheese, then tortilla with meat, then tortilla with beans, and finally tortilla with rice. The ingredients should be evenly mixed, and this kind of experience shows a lack of care and poor management. I'm genuinely disappointed! Tsk tsk.

After waiting in the drive-thru for a few minutes, someone finally took my order, but I had to repeat it. Not a huge issue. When I got to the window, I still didn't know my total since it wasn't mentioned at the speaker. After a minute or two of waiting, someone finally approached and asked me what number I ordered again. I was taken aback. Overall, I definitely didn't enjoy my experience at this Taco Bell!
During my visit, I had the opportunity to try the famous Nacho fries, and they were fantastic! The service was prompt and attentive, so I have no complaints whatsoever. It’s a great place for lunch or a quick snack. I would rate it 4 stars—definitely try the tacos or Nacho fries. Everything was delicious!
This Taco Bell location is by far the worst in the area. I've noticed that eating at any fast food restaurant in Little Rock is always disappointing, especially during the night shift. The food tastes unpleasant, almost like it's been handled with dirty gloves. Overall, this place is quite unappetizing.
I’ve visited numerous Taco Bell locations, but this one was by far the worst. The cinnamon twists tasted like old grease and soap, the soft tacos were overcooked and too crispy, and the Nachos Bell Grande were completely inedible. I highly recommend avoiding this place!

This location clearly needs substantial improvement. The daytime staff seems to manage things well, but the evening crew is a different story. I only gave it two stars because they are polite when informing you that there is a 17-20 minute wait for meat.
