It's disappointing to have to drive to another location that's 10 minutes away when this one is only 5 minutes from home. The woman at the drive-thru always has a really unpleasant attitude. She often claims that they're out of items on the menu during the week, and the cook doesn't seem to know how to make a five-layer burrito properly; they just give you shredded cheese that isn't even melted on a shell. This really reflects poor management—there's clearly no accountability for their behavior in this rundown establishment.
Worst taco bell EVER. Rude people. Manager hung up on me. Didn't give us receipt and didn't give us all of our food. Wanted us to bring all the food back to make sure they didn't forget even after we ate it and touched what we had. This is the worst customer service especially during the covid 19 pandemic. Food wasn't fresh. I will never return to this location! Waste of money and time.
If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend eating here. It took us 30 minutes to receive our food! The cashier at the front had some issues and even left to run to the gas station during lunch, which was quite bizarre. He returned with a Red Bull, and the situation was just chaotic! I won’t be coming back. The only positive was that the food was fresh and hot.
This place is the very best location of Taco bell that I have ever visited and with children you tend to visit a lot of Taco Bell restaurants. Everytime I enter or send for anything from this particular location I never have to worry as to weather or not the order is correct. I visited the location on Barrow around noon on a Friday, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, efficient, and accurate with my order. I used the drive-thru and received my food in less than five minutes. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I had ordered. I will definitely be back!
The lady that took my order through drive through was and is really rude. I asked her nicely for 6 mild sauce and she said you sure that's enough for you. And when she said my order back to me she said it in a really rude voice. I will never come back to this Taco Bell!
Sarah was fantastic—at least, I believe that was her name. She was the one taking care of the tables by the window at Taco Bell. The menu offered a great variety, and her attentive service made the experience even better.
They had their doors open at 11:30 because I had an issue with another restaurant that wasn't even open. The advertised hours are incorrect; please update your opening and closing times!

My order was mostly correct, but the modifications I requested were missed, and I ended up receiving soft tacos instead of hard tacos.
