Every time I visit this restaurant, I find myself waiting while the staff converses among themselves. It can be frustrating because some employees seem to ignore me, possibly due to language barriers—they mainly hire Spanish speakers. Only the manager is able to translate, which is surprising given that we're in America, where effective communication in customer service is essential. It would greatly benefit the restaurant to have more staff who can speak English, as it would help them assist a broader range of customers. It feels like the focus is on hiring Spanish-speaking employees, and it leaves me wondering about the inclusivity here.
I stopped by the Taco Bell on Alverado Nile in Union City this evening and was truly impressed by the service. The cashier was very patient while I placed my order for vegetarian options and ensured all my requests were met. The woman who prepared my food was fantastic; everything was made exactly as I asked. The veggie tacos with black beans were excellent, and the family nachos were incredible. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Taco Bell today after quite a while. I don’t typically eat Mexican food, but this visit was delightful!
So tired of ordering errors. Ordered taco supremes got regular tacos no tomatoes no sour cream. Quesadillas had about two inches of nothing around the edge and minimal cheese and chicken in the middle. $20 for a wrong order. Hard to check without unwrappingeach taco to make sure they?re correct. Is it lousy hearing, lousy training or orders from corporate? Either way it?sdisappointing not to get what you want and not want to drive 5 miles back to have it corrected. This Taco Bell is sub par. Don?tgo there.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited, and it's consistently disappointing despite being the closest one to my home. The staff appears to have no understanding of timeliness or order accuracy. Even when I place my order in advance through the app, it's a struggle to get my food, as the employees seem indifferent. I recognize that it’s fast food and you often have to accept certain limitations, but every time I go here, the experience is somehow frustrating.

The food here is pretty much what you'd expect from a typical Taco Bell. I had some trouble with their website since it was down, so I couldn't log in to place my usual order, but I could still order as a guest. Interestingly, when you order fries with your burrito, they sometimes put the fries inside the burrito, while other times they serve them on the side.
There are no more staff at the counter or ordering window. It's like a preview of what we can expect a decade from now. The ordering process is entirely self-service through screens, and the atmosphere inside feels quite lifeless.
Ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 1+ hour. The employee kept telling us that to wait and it would be out soon but all this time it was on the rack. There was only 4 customers. Disappointed as it was never like this.
It's good and quick, but it doesn't really offer authentic Latino cuisine. It's a decent option for lunch. Food Trucks Brito is the name.

There is no one to take my order at the register even though using the khaos was easy. I still prefer getting my order taken by a person.
