My family and I went thru Drive Thru Sunday 5/29. We ordered $36 worth of food pulled forward and were asked to park to wait for our food. We did the female that took our order (5’0-5’3” height with dark hair, black button up shirt, and hat) came out to deliver food. We checked our items and realized we were missing our Mexican pizza, beef taco, and Crunchwrap. We went back though drive thru and they gave us the Mexican pizza and taco without a problem but refused to give us the Crunchwrap stating the General Manager was making food and they made that. We came here after a long drive from the movies. We get here and go inside to order and the door is locked! After standing there confused with several other patrons, someone finally comes to the door. He opens it and tells us that the lobby is closed and we have to go through the drive through. As we are getting in our car we observed 4 or 5 employees standing around in the lobby on their phones! It’s one thing to be short staffed with a reason but they have 4 or 5 employees outside of the drive through so this is unacceptable. One of the worst experiences I've had. They didn't even get my order right. I ended up missing items and received things I didn't ask for. If you request to leave out an ingredient or add something, forget it. They don’t have any medium or hot sauce either—just fire sauce. I don't expect much from fast food staff, and I get that it can be challenging, but still, it’s frustrating. I've had to go back after using the drive-thru to correct my order so often that I've stopped using it altogether.
40 minutes waiting on an order. First time in my life I've seen 9 people waiting in a parking lot of a taco bell for there orders. Riddle me this, 7 employees, only 1 drive thru lane and no lobby entrance....the excuse is we are busy.. if you only serve 1 customer at a time and there's 7 people working, how are you 9 customers behind?? Its just tacos?!?! Did I mention after all this time the order was wrong and they refused a refund. MANAGEMENT GET THIS PLACE IN CHECK!!!

We were in the mood for Taco Bell, but the first location we tried was out of beef, tomatoes, and several other items. So we decided to drive further to this location, which turned out to be a big mistake. The tacos weren't fresh, and the shells were incredibly soggy. Additionally, part of our order was incorrect, as it included items from someone else's order. If we hadn't been so exhausted, we would have taken it back to them.
Omg I was calling around for nacho fries everybody was out Mrs. Amanda called me back personally and told me she had enough to make 3. I appreciate her so much my kids love nacho fries. I jumped in my vehicle for them. This Taco Bell right here is the best. Thank you again Amanda my kids are going to be so ecstatic to have them. I wish I can give 10 stars.
Been years since I've been to Taco Bell. Had a hankering for a crispy taco. Still taste good and love their mild sauce. Very clean and nice staff.
This Taco Bell has the friendliest staff! Plus, my orders are always accurate. What more can you ask for from a fast-food restaurant?
