Went through the drive-thru, used my card. Pretty quickly realized the attendant didn 't hand it back to me after she handed me the food, so I asked for it back. She very quickly, dismissively, said I don 't have your card. To be absolutely sure, I pulled into one of the parking spots and began looking around for the card. Nowhere to be found. I ended up going into ask for my card back and was once again told we don 't have your card , when another employee who had just gotten there, eating in the dining room spoke up and said Hey I think I saw it on the floor! . To which one of the people behind the counter said Oh yeah , walked to the back, came back up with a hand full of cards, and asked...
One day, I walked in for lunch feeling a bit down after a tiring workday. While waiting for my order, the gentleman behind the register noticed my mood and kindly offered me a drink. I found that gesture to be incredibly thoughtful. If everyone in the world had such a kind and empathetic approach, it would make a huge difference. I don’t know his name or who his manager is, but he certainly deserves recognition for his caring and wonderful attitude toward customers. I hope more fast-food workers can learn from his example. After my son's winter band concert, I tried to use the app to quickly pick up dinner and head home, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working. I was frustrated, knowing how long the drive-thru line would probably be. To my surprise, the drive-thru line wasn’t bad at all; it moved quickly! I was able to place my order without any delays or having to repeat myself. The young lady taking my order was very nice and efficient, and I received my food promptly. Not only was everything packed neatly in the bag, but it was also still hot when I got home. I really appreciate the staff working that night; they made a very busy, tired, frustrated mom quite pleased and happy!
Ordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. About 10 to 12 cars in line at the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside. A little strange all of the exterior signage lights were off. Inside was kiosk and app orders only, not sure if I could have dined in. My order was made to perfection. I customize all the items and all were perfect. My only complaint is no napkins in the bag. I'm staying in a nearby motel and you know how those delicious soft tacos can get a bit messy. Would definitely visit this location again, good job Taco Bell Team! Réservez une table maintenant
I have an eating disorder. After a long day of not being able to take care of myself, I got here well within closing time and they refused service to me. This was after an employee came out of the building an told me his peer inside would help me. I amcrying in the parking lot. I was kind enough to ask if it was too late and you still had me drive around the building twice tofind out.
Food is usually pretty fresh and delicious here, however, recently I noticed their nachos have this nasty, soapy after taste. It’s so strong. It’s unbearable! I couldn’t finish eating my nacho bell grande, and that’s my favorite meal! My daughter’s nachos tasted the same too. She couldn’t eat her nachos either. Please do something about this!! It ruins the meal. It’s disgusting.
On another occasion, the young manager had to step in to handle my change, but she also seemed confused. Each time I’ve been to the drive-thru when this girl is working, my order has been incorrect. This has made me decide not to return. It’s a shame that it seems like they are not focusing on hiring qualified staff or providing adequate training.
eating was really good, they have forgotten an article of our order (nachos), but it was not a big thing. soda was delicious. the bank was very friendly and efficient. actually, they forgot to give us even straws, but. whatever it was good. Réservez une table maintenant
