This location is terrible. I watched them struggle to complete my online order, which they forgot, while falling behind on nine other orders. Bags were constantly getting mixed up. And how do you forget to cut a quesadilla? It came out in one whole piece—I’m honestly baffled. It’s been about 25 minutes since I placed my order online, and it’s still not ready. I’m still waiting.
Terrible customer service! I returned to Taco Bell because my order was incorrect. I politely informed the staff about the issue, and they fixed it, but then an unrelated female employee chimed in with, "Well, go to a different Taco Bell then." She should be let go if she’s going to treat customers that way. Why is she in a customer-facing role if she behaves like this?
Please prioritize better training and working conditions for your staff. I travel frequently for work and visit many Taco Bell locations, but this one consistently forgets items, underfills orders, and/or serves food at unsafe temperatures every time I’ve stopped by over the past few years. It's evident that the issue lies with the management.
There was no staff available to assist customers. When an employee did come over, he lacked any customer service skills and was very rude to a customer. Orders were announced as ready even though they weren't. The management seriously needs to improve things here. Overall, a very disappointing experience! Réservez une table maintenant
Worst experience with fast food ever. They don't even have any menu's. Forces to use kiosk. Waited 20 minutes for order and they still shorted me on my order. Don't waste your time and money go else where.
This Taco Bell is by far the best I've ever visited. They consistently offer generous portions, and my menu customizations are always spot on. Plus, the presentation of the food is excellent!
