From my experience working in the industry, I know that a manager should not refuse to address mistakes made in an order. Maria insisted on arguing with me for half an hour about this issue, even asking to see my bank statements. This is simply unfair behavior.

My best friend and I came in to have dinner we ordered at the Kiosk my food was not as advertised when she asked the guy at the register to check the amount that she gave him he replied that's not my job. When she tried to report it to what she was told was the manager the other employee to her nothing would happen to him cause he was the manager he then told us after we had bought food and were attempting to eat that we were trespassing the employees are rude there is no customer service if I could give zero stars I would I will not be returning to this store
Stopped by here the other day on the way to work and ordered a customized Crunchwrap and it came out perfect! Most locations mess it up or something, this one was delicious and correct! Definitely going to have to stop by more often.
Update: They told me to keep the food, but it was unacceptable. I’ve attached a photo of the taco I received. It was freshly opened, but there were only five pieces of potato inside the tortilla. It genuinely looked sad.

Food is always hot and ready to go. Sometimes though they don't read the order completely and forget to include the most important item ... the sauce! What good are those tacos without any taco sauce?
I myself did not expect to be charged what I was charged. I guess I was tripping when I heard that the box was like 5$ but I paid 11$ for the box. It is what it is as they say Right.
They refuse to take your order and direct you to a kiosk.Cash customers as myself will always refuse. That's just horrible customer service.
