By far the worst customer service and experience I've ever had. The staff were running around, playing, and even running through the parking lot. One employee, whose name I believe was Destiny, was loudly cursing and having conversations with other staff members about things that customers definitely didn't need to hear. They showed no concern for anyone around them, especially with children present. We were trying to enjoy our meal, but it felt more like a hangout spot for the employees. I've been living in this area for about 30 years, and this is the only Taco Bell I usually visit. While the surroundings can occasionally look a bit untidy, ordering is always a smooth experience. The inside dining area is consistently well-maintained. Even when new staff members are on duty, I've never received the wrong order. My family and I have found that we typically eat at Taco Bell after 9 PM, and it's never too crowded during that time. We've always enjoyed our visits here, and as loyal customers, we can confidently say that the crunchy tacos, chalupa, Nachos Bell Grande, soft tacos, five-layer burrito, and Crunchwrap are all excellent choices on the menu.
The walk-up service was quick and efficient. I was really impressed by the all-girl crew; they operated like a well-oiled machine, skillfully managing the counter, drive-thru, and kitchen with great precision, all while ensuring that the dining area and restrooms were kept spotless. When I got my order, the delicious smell was so tempting that it nearly didn't make it home. Great job, ladies! Keep up the fantastic work!
I ordered a power bowl but they forgot the black beans. I also got a Mexican pizza combo, but there was no Mexican pizza included. I asked for a crunchy taco with extra meat and no lettuce, but I got a regular crunchy taco instead. I requested sauce, but there was none in the bag, though they did seal it to maintain the integrity of my order. I gave them 2 stars because there was at least some food in the bag.

This Taco Bell drive-thru is often crowded by 7 PM, so don’t expect your order to be ready quickly. The restaurant tends to be understaffed, but the night shift employees are very friendly. The store is fairly clean, and the food quality is average.
This is my favorite Taco Bell. They always get my order right, are incredibly quick, and the food is consistently fresh and satisfies my cravings whenever I need it.
