So, I got back in the drive-thru line and attempted to order for pick-up using the DoorDash app, but it didn’t work (no menu items appeared). As a result, I had to download the Taco Bell app, which I was very reluctant to do. I created my Taco Bell account and placed my order, then happily exited the drive-thru line, during which only one car had been served!
Getting back into the store for a second time was more difficult, but I once again caught the attention of a delivery person. Horrible business model. Was shorted an item a few days ago worth about $5, still kept my receipt at that. I went back ordered dinner for my wife and I again, roughly around $25, asked for the $5 item to be discounted. The MGR on duty refused to do so, we only fix mistakes if you call the same day, so pay for your order or leave . So your policy would be to lose a $25 saleover a $5 discount over something that you messed up in the 1st place. Makes a lot of sense! I used to get lunch here at least1-2 times a week. When I called, the staff was welcoming and helpful. They promised me that I could return later, and they would make it right. A few days later, I went back, and they not only honored my new order but also took care of the items I had missed before. I'm giving them 5 stars for their outstanding service. While I hope I don't experience an incorrect order on future visits, I believe this was just an isolated incident. I appreciate their professionalism in dealing with the situation, and I'm glad to support them.
I had a disappointing experience with the night crew at this restaurant, and I've been a regular for years. The wrappers were messy, the quesadilla was cold and soggy, and the spicy potato tacos only had sauce on one side. The tortilla was stuck to the wrapper, making it difficult to eat. The black bean crunch wrap was falling apart, and the beans were crunchy rather than soft. The only redeeming factor was the Baja Blast, which earned them a second star.

This is a hit or miss spot. It depends on the day and the time you come. The staff can either be friendly or not even talk to you and the order can either be spot on, fresh and really good or messed up or missing things. I hope they can improve on theircustomer service and ability to take orders
I have to mention that Taco Bell isn't the same without the sauce. Tonight, the employee really made my evening by giving me extra fire sauce. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and the essential fire sauce! You truly are the real MVP. I'm also a big fan of the menu!
This Taco Bell has extra good food and quick service! It is right near the Fred Meyer gas station so it would be an excellent dual stop for someone who needed gas. Right off the North Medford exit is a fairly easy in and out. I go here often and enjoythe food a lot.
Ordered my food through the app. Got all the notifications that they got my order, they were making it and was ready to pick up. I lucked out as they were not busy at the time I placed the order. My order was ready right as I pulled up. Was a nice grab andgo

We tried their new breakfast menu. I had the breakfast bacon Crunchwrap and she had breakfast burrito burrito with bacon. They were actually pretty tasty. The coffee was great. Overall a little carby but pretty tasty.
