This location must be the worst Taco Bell in the entire franchise history. Every time I've visited, something has been missing or wrong. I wish I could share pictures of the slop that was handed to me in my bag. After experiencing missing items a second time, I noticed that my bag had leaked when I got home. The contents spilled out, and it literally looked like I had soup on a flour tortilla. My Gordita Crunch was missing the meat—there wasn't a single piece, just lettuce, cheese, and sauce. The other four tacos were so greasy and soggy that I couldn’t eat them. I spent $16 on a Baja Blast and called to see if it was worth driving back for a refund, but no one answered. I believe this restaurant has some difficulties handling mobile orders. I placed a simple order without any special requests and was instructed to pull around. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. After knocking on the window to check on my order, I discovered that they had forgotten it and said they would start making it then. This happened on May 20th at 11:30 PM. Taco Bell took 45 minutes that night as well. I would have left, but since I had already paid, I felt like I had no choice. When I finally got the food home, the paper bag was filled with spilled chips, open wrappers, and ingredients that had fallen out. I tried one item, and it was mostly just tortilla; the next bite was the same...

I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management, but the customer service has improved significantly and seemingly overnight. I've been there a few times in the past month, and unlike before, the staff has been friendly and my orders have been correct. Whatever changes have been made, I truly hope they continue! I highly recommend this restaurant now! (P.S. Please bring back the Pintos and Cheese and the Mexican Pizza!)

I highly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell. The staff was unwilling to fix my order after they got it wrong. Instead of offering a replacement, they opened my burrito and threw it back at me. Moreover, I felt very uneasy with how they communicated with me and managed the situation; it almost seemed like they might have had a weapon hidden behind the counter. While some may have mixed feelings about Taco Bell, I've had nothing but positive experiences. I can always count on getting a satisfying meal for a very affordable price, and the quality of the food is consistently good. Taco Bell appears to struggle with accurately processing specific orders placed through their website. This is about the sixth time our order has been completely messed up. We've visited various Taco Bell locations to explore their vegan options, but the only consistent experience has been the staff's ability to get our order wrong. Lesson learned.

My order was incorrect—one burrito was missing entirely, and my Doritos taco was only wrapped in paper without the usual cardboard sleeve. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue if the taco hadn’t been broken and had so little meat and cheese, with no lettuce or other toppings. Overall, the experience felt sloppy and left me disappointed.

I was charged for sour cream but never received it, and my order was largely incorrect. I requested soft tacos without lettuce and a side of sour cream, but I ended up with hard tacos that had lettuce and no sour cream whatsoever. I feel like my money was wasted. Réservez une table maintenant

I was really looking forward to my visit because the Mexican Pizza was back, but something was definitely off with mine! It had a weird chemical taste that made it hard to enjoy. I ended up having to throw some of it away because the flavor was just not right!
