I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor management and customer service. The cashiers and servers were unhelpful and seemed grumpy and rude, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. It appeared that many of the staff were quite young and lacked maturity.
My food was packaged incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be repackaged, they were reluctant to assist. I tried to speak with the manager, Abbie, but she was not only rude but also seemed stressed and unprofessional in her response. It was good, but whoever had served the food really messed it up. Everything looked really rushed, and we had literally no forks for our food that needed it. 2/5 in total becuase the food was decent and the atmosphere was alright, but the service really isn't well. I wish that he would take the time to think the order through, becuase it wasn't that enjoyable.Vegetarian options: There is literally none.
The wait time inside was excessive; it took over 25 minutes to get three hard shell tacos and cinnamon twists, and they were neither deluxe nor a special order. The drive-thru line was also quite long, which is unacceptable given the number of staff present. They really seemed to lack a sense of urgency. The food itself was good, but they were quite stingy with the cheese.
I have never written a review good or bad on a business, but the service and quality control at this location is awful. My food was cold, my taco was in pieces and even after specifically asking for sauce I had received none. This is the only close Taco Bell to me and I will not be going back. They are 0/4 on giving me what I request and pay for and rude.

It's Taco Bell! How can you go wrong. God tacoish food, great service, and drive-through is always the most convenient for me.Unfortunately, I ordered the same items I always do, and my total was $4.00 more... I'm not sure what this is about, probably inflation. ?Parking: There is plenty of parking, except during the lunch rush. Be forewarned.
As a delivery driver, I encountered a situation where the restaurant refused to fulfill a customer's order despite the payment being completed. I felt sorry for the customer, as they missed out on their food due to the staff's rudeness.
Its average fast food at best but I will eat it on occasion better than some and a lot faster than some of thrir stores this one I recomeñd the one by lake mI. Drive and fuller run. But again this ones ok.
Our food order was taken by a delightful older gentleman who generously brought our meals to the table as well. I didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly kind to do that for us.
